"I just wanted to tell you how very pleased my brother and I are with the work you did converting our old 8 MM film to digital. My father started shooting 8 mm film several years before he and mother were married. Some of the film my brothers and I had never seen as the film was lost for a number of years. The film labeled First film was taken several years before my brother and I were born and we have never seen our grandfather who died before we were born. It was amazing after 70 years to finally see him on film. We are in the process of sharing these treasures with other family members. These DVDs will be treasured by our family for years to come. "The only taped record of my son and daughter in law's wedding was on an old Hi-8 tape, from a camera which no longer works. On top of that, part of it was taped over. "Creative, professional, cost effective and a pleasure to work with", that's how I describe Memory Lane. I had 80 pictures of my wife and myself as we were dating, our wedding and then the birth of our son scanned to a DVD as a slideshow. In addition, Memory Lane transferred our wedding video from VHS to DVD and then encompassed parts in to the DVD slideshow. The transition from scanned pictures to video clips and back to scanned pictures were smooth and seamless. The added background music just added a special touch.
